Return & Replacement Policy

At Gadgetz Hub, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Since we deal in pre-owned and refurbished laptops, our return and replacement policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and simple.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

  1. Time Frame:
    • You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your laptop if faced
    • A return or replacement request can be raised only if the laptop is defective, not functioning properly, or not as described.
    • You must inform us about the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos or videos).
  2. Condition:
    • The laptop must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with all original accessories, charger, and packaging (if provided).
  3. Valid Reasons for Return/Replacement:
    • The product is not working or defective (not mentioned in the product description).
    • The product is wrongly delivered (different model/specifications).
    • The laptop has physical damage noticed at the time of delivery (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Products showing signs of physical damage after delivery (not reported within 24 hours).
  • Issues covered under warranty (if any) will be serviced under warranty terms, not replaced.

Return & Replacement Process

  1. Contact our support team via phone with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Provide photos or videos of the issue for quick assessment.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup of the product or guide you on how to ship it back.
  4. Upon inspection, we will:
    • Ship a replacement unit (if available), OR
    • Issue a refund to your original payment method (as per eligibility).

Refund Timelines

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after product inspection and approval.

Important Notes

  • Second-hand laptops may have minor cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, etc.) that do not affect performance; these are not valid reasons for return.
  • Please back up your data before returning a laptop. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

Cases Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind or if the laptop no longer meets your preference.
  • Minor cosmetic wear (scratches, dents) mentioned in the description or that does not affect performance.
  • Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
